The customer service is very rude . The staff at the counters are very arrogant. I haven't faced this once but every time only in this outlet. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1–200

We went to this McDonald's today at 3. Ordered 5 McDonald's minecraft meals, and a few other stuff with friends. First they an hour to make, when we asked them they said its gonna be ready and they were rude. Out of all of them, 3 burgers, 2 cold coffee, 1 pepesi, 1 fries, and all toys missing. Food also was cold and ice melted in the cups. We told them our order was wrong and they took another 10 minutes to tell us it's getting ready and 30 minutes to get ready. still rude and and bad service. Even when they got it ready, the cold coffee was extreamly watery and the most bitter coffee I have ever tasted. A friend ordered a veg burger and got a chicken burger. They gave us the minecraft cards and they were all the same, bent and greasy. They still had the pepsi missing. The service was extremely bad throughout. McDonald's had always had the best experience in all their outlets worldwide but this is the worst one I have been to. Another friend was given a chicken meal upon ordering a vegetarian minecraft meal. It is Navratri And is a really disrespectful mistake. Upon telling them our order was given wrong they kept nodding and saying okay but we had to wait another 15 minutes to receive our order. I have been to various mcdonalds and the one in green park is much better, i do not advise going here, this place is really the worst. Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
