Ordered 2 Choco chip muffins via Swiggy.Had mentioned them to microwave.But it was Served cold while one if them was stale.Very hard on top and Disappointed.

I want to know as to why the parcel contained just one ketchup pouch for a Burger, French Fries and 2 nos Mc Puff. Tissue paper is missing. Is McDonald's is running out of funds and trying cost cutting. Marvellous.
