I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent order from McDonald's through Swiggy on 23/06/2025. The order consisted of 1 Chicken Maharaja, 1 Veg Maharaja, and some sauces. While the Chicken Maharaja was perfect, the Veg Maharaja was incomplete, with one portion of the burger missing half of its content. I have been trying to get a refund for the incomplete Veg Maharaja, but unfortunately, I haven't received any assistance from Swiggy. The lack of a direct contact option for the delivery agent or a clear resolution process has been frustrating. I kindly request that you look into this matter and provide a refund for the incomplete item.
