I visited McDonanld's today and ordered two 99₹ Offer meals. The grand total was ₹208 and I wanted to pay online but the lady said that they have a problem with online payment so I needed to pay by cash. The lady took 210₹ and when I asked for the change she literally ignored me. Just imagine the amount of money they collect by doing this. I lost my ₹2. I told them to give one meal on the table and one parcel but they parcelled both of them and when I told them that I wanted one on the table, they took a lot of time to serve the order even though there was no crowd and the burger and fries got cold. My order no. was 42. The taste was not good, the bun and patty was stale. The service was not good. The staff members didn't have any co-ordination. My overall experience was pretty bad and I need to think twice before going to McDonald's again. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
