I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s branch. The service was extremely slow — I had to wait over 20 minutes for a simple order, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping customers. The biggest concern was hygiene: tables were dirty, the floor was sticky, and the trays had leftover food stains. Honestly, I expect much better from McDonald’s. Would not recommend visiting this outlet until they improve their cleanliness and customer service

Nothing much on food front as this being same as the standard McDonald's kind of options. Place too congested with not much place to sit. Feels a bit dull and lights need to be a bit more bright for better atmosphere. Few tables occupied were just spending time without eating as if it was a cafe. Rest service etc was good and cleanliness was good Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

For the first time ever I ordered through app and they levied tax The actual amount should have been 289 They took 303 Loyal customer since ages But nothing like this has happened before It has always been the same amount shown on app that I've paid Don't know the reason but I was super hungry so I paid the enter Amount But you don't do this mistake folks go to some other outlet because only this outlet is charging extra money for taxess BEWARE
