I had a disappointing experience at this McDonald's outlet. I simply wanted to redeem an offer code, but the manager did not allow it and insisted on seeing my personal account information. Asking for personal details just to redeem a code is not fair and doesn’t feel safe. Please train staff to handle such situations properly and respect customer privacy.
