The bottle cap was so tight, I couldn't open it through various tries, 2 more people tried, nothing helped. Called the cafe and the max assistance I could get is to cut the bottle. Overall was a very messy and disappointing experience. But the mud pie shake was really good as always

She not only assisted me in finding a table but also helped with placing my order promptly. What impressed me the most was her consistent smile throughout the interaction.
