Extremely disappointed with my experience at Rcity food court McDonald's today. We were served cold fries , employee named Janki shockingly took fries from another order that was not picked up and gave them to us instead of preparing a fresh batch. This is unhygienic, unprofessional, and unacceptable for a brand of this scale. Such practices put customer health at risk and completely ruin trust in the brand. I strongly urge the management to take immediate action against such behavior and ensure strict quality and hygiene standards are maintained. Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food was incredibly fresh, and while it did take a bit of time to get it ready due to the weekend rush, the experience was well worth it. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we were comfortable while we waited. Overall, I'm absolutely loving this place and can't wait to return for another delightful meal!
