Had a great experience with my recent McDonald's order! Arti took care of everything with such professionalism and a warm attitude. Her amazing hospitality truly made a difference. Thank you for the excellent service! Very worst customer service, especially takeaway and their employees are very arrogant. First we had meal and then we gave order of three veg burgers visited the counter four times but no one cares, they almost took 2 hours to prepare our order. I don't know what's wrong wid these guys. Steet vadapav vendors are way better than them. Never ever visit mcdonald at dadar location instead visit local vadapav vendors who maintain proper hygiene and enjoy quality meal. think time has come that Mc Donald’s must stop their franchise in India. Standard is deteriorating continuously. The size of burger is becoming smaller and smaller. The bread is stale. Mayo is becoming like 1-2 drops. The french fries have become thin poor quality chops which are chewy. The hot fudge ice cream was over in 5-6 spoons . Can’t understand what is wrong with them. Why aren’t there any quality checks by Mc Donald’s USA. After months I ordered hoping standard would have improved but it’s just getting worst.
