We had a rather uncomfortable lunch due to the non-functioning air conditioning, leaving us sweating throughout our meal. However, I must commend the excellent customer service and, most importantly, the top-notch quality of the food. They are so understaffed that they dont have anyone to take order and 3 people preparing it . I waited 10 minutes and still he said it will be 10 more minutes before taking any orders. Most pathetic MacD i have ever visited . Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I visited this McDonald's just before peak hours, and as the peak hour neared it started getting extremely overcrowded. The long lines and wait times were frustrating, and it was clear that the staff was overwhelmed and unable to keep up with the demand. Orders took much longer than usual, and the overall experience was chaotic. Despite the staff's best efforts, the lack of adequate support and resources made it difficult for them to provide the usual level of service. I hope they can find a way to better manage busy periods in the future. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
