Good Food, But Extremely Disappointing Service I had a very underwhelming experience at McDonald's recently, not because of the food—but due to the poor service. We placed our order at 7:10 PM, and things started going wrong almost immediately. The waiter brought only half of our order and forgot the rest. To make things worse, he brought the wrong coffee. When I tried to get his attention, he simply ignored me. I had to call him twice before he finally brought the second coffee. But even then, we noticed both coffees were different from what we originally ordered. We had to correct him again. If that wasn’t enough, it took 36 minutes to bring out just one ice cream—and only after we reminded him. And again, it was the wrong one. We had to point it out yet again before we finally received the correct ice cream. While the food itself was fine, the level of service was far below expectations. A brand like McDonald’s should do better when it comes to basic service and attentiveness. Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
