The Connaught Place McDonald's has a great location, but that's about it. We had to wait quite a while to get our order, and the food itself was disappointing. The burgers were bland, and the overall quality was a letdown, especially considering the restaurant's central and accessible spot. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes

1) The Basic problem is that, there is not any electronic kiosk for ordering yourself. 2) The food menu on the screen is running too fast and most of the time it shows adds. 3) People come hare will pull chair from infront of you and term around and sit with showing you their back. No manners. 4) In a mc grill burger you will not find any lettuce and in the name of vegitable two strands of onion and 2 slice tometo you will get at the price of 92+GST. 5) I don't know who suggested the Mc D to use the pathetic mint sauce in the chicken Mc Grill which kill the taste of burgers completely. 6) Also I tried to open Mc D online website to check the menu and arder the burger. But the website is also not updated. There is a chicken makhni Burger available on website but restuarant does not have the same burger in the menu. Ordering experience is very very bad. And I see this issue in all the outlets which does not have ordering kiosks. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
