First of all I would like to comment about the food which is like fine according to the price and some food deals are pretty good. This outlet i have visited more than 10 times but its really disheartening to say that this is the worst outlet of mac d.the staffs are so unprofessional they don’t have a basic discipline of serving food according to sequence. My order id was 157 but like they were serving order id 176 i went and asked about mine and they were like they didnt knew abt it where i have waited for more than 25 min for the food then again when the order id 192 was live i went and asked they hurriedly they managed my food and given half of the order without coke and fries then again i need to go for fries and coke and the staff are so unprofessional they dont give a look around abt their customers. Mac d should look abt this. We as a customer expect much better service from ur end.This type of service has forced me to take decisions like not visiting mac d and same story for some of my friends and colleagues. The team response of sorry wouldn’t really matter rather i would expect some action to be taken in reality so that if sometime we visit we see a genuine change in the behaviour of the staff and some sort of professionalism.
