I had one of the worst service experiences at this McDonald’s. An employee named Davinder Singh completely ignored the line of customers waiting to be served and kept prioritizing others who walked up later. When I pointed out that there were people waiting in line, he responded rudely and aggressively, escalating the situation instead of resolving it. His behavior was completely unacceptable for someone in customer service. What’s even more concerning is that Davinder almost came at me physically — if other people hadn’t stepped in, he might have actually hit me. I urge management to review the security footage, as it will clearly show how out of control his behavior was. Manager Taranveer did try to calm things down, but even he couldn’t get Davinder to act professionally. Mr. Store Manager Sunil, I expect an official apology from your store and want to know what actions are being taken to address this serious incident and ensure it never happens again. If you want this location to succeed, you seriously need to re-evaluate having someone like Davinder Singh represent your brand. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner

Visited this McDonald's location recently and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The environment was noticeably unhygienic and not well-maintained. Cleanliness seems to be a low priority here, which is concerning for a food establishment. The staff appeared unprofessional and inattentive—there was minimal effort to engage with or assist customers. At times, there was no one at the counter at all, leaving the front area unattended and the restaurant feeling deserted. That said, the food itself was consistent with typical McDonald’s standards—no surprises there. However, the poor service and uncleanliness significantly impacted the overall experience.
