I had a very uncomfortable experience tonight at the Kamrej McDonald's drive-thru. I visited with my mother on our Access 125 scooter. While we were waiting at the window, one of the employees—who appeared to be a manager (short and on the heavier side)—was standing with another staff member. As soon as he noticed my mother sitting behind me, he started smiling in a strange and inappropriate way. He then whispered something to his colleague and continued to stare at her while smiling in a very disrespectful manner. His body language and expression were clearly unprofessional and made both of us extremely uncomfortable. I come to McDonald's expecting a family-friendly environment, but this kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from someone who seems to hold a responsible position. I request that the management take this matter seriously and ensure proper training and discipline for such staff members. Respect and manners are the basics of customer service. Visited the McDonald’s outlet on CG Road recently. The place was clean, well-maintained, and had a comfortable seating area. The staff was polite and the service was quick. Ordered a McAloo Tikki and a Cold Coffee – both were fresh and tasted as expected. Good spot for a quick meal or hangout with friends. Gets a bit crowded during peak hours.
