If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands down the worst fast-food experience I have ever had. I placed an order through Swiggy, and after waiting for over an hour, the order status still showed that the food had not even been prepared. An hour-long wait for fast food is completely unacceptable on its own, but it gets worse. I tried calling the restaurant directly multiple times to get an update, and they are completely unreachable. It's shocking that a brand like McDonald's would've that operates this unprofessionally. They took the order, but clearly had no intention of making it or communicating with the customer. Service: 1
