Food quality is just okay. The burger tastes average and feels very basic. Nothing stands out in taste and it feels like a regular meal. Most of the tables were not cleaned and many still had used trays left on them. The dining area looked messy and uncomfortable to sit and eat peacefully. Fries were too salty and the excess salt spoiled the overall taste. After a few bites it became hard to enjoy them. The drink had no taste and felt like plain water. Overall the experience was disappointing and not satisfying. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹600–800

Despite the outlet not being at full capacity, I faced an unreasonable wait time to be served. The staff was unresponsive to queries regarding the delay. The lack of urgency and communication from the team made for a very frustrating experience, which is far below the standard I expect from McDonald's. I request you to look into the staffing and operations at this specific branch to prevent this from happening to other customers.my order no is 216.
