I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at McDonald's. What should have been a simple order turned into a frustrating and unpleasant experience due to poor service and a complete lack of customer care. We had ordered a drink and paid for it at the counter. However, when our order was handed over, the drink was missing. We patiently informed one employee about the issue, but nothing happened. We then spoke to 4–5 different employees, explaining multiple times that our order was incomplete. Unfortunately, nobody seemed interested in helping us or even checking the issue properly. To make matters worse, some of the staff claimed that our order was not showing in their system, despite the fact that we had already paid for it and had proof of purchase. Instead of taking responsibility and investigating the problem, they kept passing us around from one employee to another. After repeatedly requesting them to verify the order, one staff member finally handed us a drink. However, it was not the drink we had originally ordered—it was a much cheaper item. What was most disappointing was that he didn't even bother checking whether he was giving us the correct product. When we pointed out the mistake and informed him that we had ordered something else, his response was incredibly rude. He simply said, "I gave you what you asked for now," without even listening to our concern. Rather than resolving the issue professionally, he then dismissively told us to "take one softy and go." This was not only disrespectful but also showed a complete lack of professionalism and customer service. We were made to feel as though we were inconveniencing the staff for asking for an item that we had already paid for. The entire experience was disappointing, frustrating, and unacceptable. Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how they are handled. In this case, there was no accountability, no proper communication, and absolutely no effort to provide a satisfactory resolution. I expect much better service from a brand like McDonald's and hope management takes customer complaints more seriously in the future. Meal type: Dinner
