I ordered on the touch display and without asking an employee came and finished ordering for me but added donations to McDonald's without even asking. That's wrong. Additionally food can take upto 40/45 mins max. The quality is also hit or miss. And one of the managers was creepy. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Recommendation for vegetarians: Highly recommend

Ordered takeaway @ McDonald's Byrathi, starting with ordering procedure it was fine and even staff walked up to help, which was a good gesture. However issue started with getting the order prepared in kitchen, it took lot of time and even the packaging team showed the frustration due to non delivery of order from kitchen. Food was good except the fries it was so bad, soggy, no seasoning and I bet fries ordered in food stalls outdoors will be lot better. It’s such a shame once McDonalds fries were considered the best on their menu, looks like quality has taken a back seat at McDonalds. Scorecard - Needs improvement for sure. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
