They deliver half cooked food. Least bothered about customer. One of the worst KFC outlet. Recently ordered peri peri 5 leg piece, It was half baked & no taste. KFC management needs to completely review this outlet. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

We ordered Wednesday special 10pc chicken bucket first they ask to self order den we waited for 15mins after 15mins our chicken is uncooked and no spices no salt nothing not only me more 3 customer have the same issue after complainting this issue no proper response from kfc team elements Mall my suggestion is not buy any thing from this kfc elements mall we spend our hardearn money to enjoy our dinner but its totally disappointed horriable no supporting staff i have complianted this to manager they showing attitude and am going to raise the complaint to food department regarding this. According to app the order should had been received after 7 minutes and still it took more then 45 minutes. It was take away order after all waiting that much time still two medium fries were missing and the meal tasted so bad it was like the old stock. Service: Take out Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1
