The experience was highly disappointing and far from the quality one would expect from a globally reputed brand like KFC. To begin with, your system was not working properly, resulting in a significant delay in the preparation and delivery of my order. Despite this inconvenience, there was absolutely no proper support or communication from your team. What made things worse was the rude and indifferent behavior of the staff, which was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Customers visit KFC expecting a smooth, timely, and pleasant dining experience, but this visit was frustrating and unsatisfactory. The delay, lack of accountability, and poor attitude from your staff raised serious concerns about the standards of service at this location. I request that immediate action be taken to improve the overall functioning of this outlet—be it the system issues, staff training, or customer service protocols. No staff to present at counter to give the order. 15 mins to give a simple order of two fried chicken which was already ready. Worst of all after all this the meat was just pure bad quality felt like I was served with yesterday's stock. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
