My visit to this location turned into a frustrating ordeal, all thanks to the restaurant manager more interested in safeguarding empty bottles than serving a paying customer. When I requested my drink be served in a closed plastic bottle for easier transportation, the manager, seemingly more interested in rigid company policy than customer satisfaction, callously dismissed my request, stating it was solely my problem. It's ridiculous and infuriating to encounter such blatant disregard for customer needs. Instead of finding a solution, the manager prioritized empty bottles over serving a loyal patron. I left the drink behind, feeling utterly disappointed and disrespected. McDonald's should be ashamed of allowing such absurd policies to dictate customer interactions.
