I ordered a cold coffee at McDonald's in Sarath City Mall, but the service was extremely slow. When I inquired about my order, the staff didn’t respond. Even after confirming it, they seemed to forget, and I had to remind them again. The cold coffee itself was disappointing—it tasted more like a slushie than an actual cold coffee. The food service was prompt, but the McCafé section was noticeably slower in comparison. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
