I’ve always been a fan of McDonald’s, but for the first time, I had a very disappointing experience. I’ve visited this store a couple of times before without any issues. This time, I ordered a regular mango smoothie, but the executive gave me a large one instead. When I asked for a refund, he blamed me for the mistake and insisted that I return all the food before he would process the refund — even though it was clearly his error. It was late at night, and I was hungry, but the experience completely ruined my visit. The staff member (the one wearing specs) was rude and unprofessional. I truly hope the management takes this seriously because I’ve always liked McDonald’s, but I would never visit this store again if the same person continues to behave this way. I ordered a burger meal. While ordering I asked for regular meal but they said they only have medium and large. How do you say you don't have smaller size when it is just the same fries and drink as the one you gave in medium meal. And I can see there were containers of smaller size which they had. On the screen you can select the regular meal but can't pay and when you go to the counter they make excuses that regular meal is not available. The offers I pointed on the menu are suddenly not available. After all this I still ordered a medium meal (big mistake). I noticed while paying that the amount was higher than on the menu. I thought it might be due to taxes and didn't question it after all this discussion. They didn't give me the bill and just gave the order number. They said you would get the bill with the order. While getting the order they still didn't give bill. When I asked for it, the lady giving the orders ran inside. When I asked other staff for bill they kept ignoring me and served other customers. When I went to eat, I noticed there was additional cheese slice in the burger which I didn't ask for. Now I knew why the payment total was higher and why they were sneaky about not giving the bill. I would noticed their tactics there only. So please avoid ordering from McDonald's since all they do now are these shady practices to not give small meals and adding extra things without your consent which you can't check coz they just give the token number and not the bill.
