I ordered food day before yesterday at 6:21 p.m. and waited for half an hour. When I approached the counter to inquire, the staff confirmed my order and asked me to wait another 10 minutes. However, when the food still didn't arrive, I asked again, and surprisingly, they claimed they hadn't received my payment and that the order wasn't placed, despite having read out my order earlier. I requested a refund, which the staff said would be processed within 24 hours. Unfortunately, I still haven't received the refund. *It's a public place but the staff knows Telugu only. *P.S.: I don't even feel like putting 1 star but unfortunately I can't put no stars. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This place seems to have undergone some sort of renovation and it is looking really good now. Well it’s a typical McDonald’s but somehow I felt the service could have been better as well as the Burger wasn’t prepared fresh; I believe. Still a good place to go which gets 4/5 rating from me.
