Unhygienic and Poorly Managed McDonald's Outlet at Nexus Mall This is by far the worst McDonald's outlet I’ve ever visited. The staff seem untrained and careless, with no adherence to rules or proper procedures. There’s no system in place, and counter numbers are called out haphazardly, causing confusion. The most alarming issue is the unhygienic practices. I witnessed staff using bare hands to handle food meant for customers. Hygiene standards were at an all-time low. Additionally, I noticed milk being poured from steel cans, which raises serious concerns about quality and food safety. I’ve already reported these issues to the Telangana Food Commission and hope corrective action is taken promptly. Such practices are unacceptable for a global chain like McDonald’s, and I strongly urge management to address these concerns immediately.
