Worst experience with this McDonald's. Staff too slow. Do not know anything about customer service. And surprisingly, the images shown on the menu doesn't reflect the actuals. I had McSpicy fried chicken, the image looks that chicken was spicy red, but in reality it was very sad looking. When asked for the same, the staff didn't know what to respond. The automated counter where you order food had some issues with the payment, we had to go and make manual payment. This is fine, when I went back to order food at the counter, the guy wanted me to place the order in the faulty machine and then go back to the manual counter to make payment and collect food, I asked him why is it so, to my surprise he told me only cash payment at the manual counter where as there was operational POS machine and I had made payment through POS machine few minutes back. Guys, you are located in an International Airport, seems like you need to look into this more seriously.
