Food is very tasty here. I haave almost all varieties in McD. But latest korean spicy burger is little less spicy, apart from that everything is fine. All staff is very polite including cleaning staff also very polite, not getting anger on customers even customers irritating by dropping liquids on floor or tissues dropping on floor also they are cleaning with patience. Little kids items needed to attract kids here. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Very very poor maintenance. We visited to have a meal and strawberry milk shake around 3pm temperature 44degrees temperature and to pick some food. As soon as we entered the place, 1- The ordering machine was not working, 2- we stood in line to order and they were accepting only cash, 3- only one A/c was working but CENTRAL A/c was not working. 4- waited for order while I was sweating inside McDonald's ( can't even imagine) - drinks were served without straw. When I checked with the staff they said straws were out of stock. He asked me to wait for some time to arrange the straw. Couldn't order more and exited. Management failure. Price per person: ₹400–600

Today We visited the McDonald’s Uppal outlet at Hyderabad. As expected, the ambiance was nice and the staff were courteous, though they didn’t seem very professional this time. Unfortunately, the overall food experience didn’t meet the usual McDonald’s standard I’ve enjoyed before. One of our online meal orders specifically included extra cheese, but it was missed — not a big issue, but definitely a point for improvement. Additionally, some counter-ordered items seemed to have been sitting for a while before being served, which affected the taste. Even the soft drinks didn’t feel as fresh or fizzy. This was honestly my first not-so-great experience at a McDonald’s outlet. Hope the management takes note and works on quicker service and attention to order details. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes Dietary restrictions: It’s regular Fast food, I’m not so sure - much in diet.. maybe but I haven’t noticed.
