Pathetic Service & Poor Management Extremely disappointed with the service at this McDonald’s outlet. I had to wait over 35 minutes just to get an ice cream. To make things worse, customers were being asked to collect their ice cream orders outside the mall, which is highly unprofessional and inconvenient. The staff was painfully slow and completely disorganized. McDonald’s seriously needs to work on valuing customers’ time and improving outlet management. Would not recommend this branch based on my experience. Service: Dine in Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I had ordered from Mcdonalds on 14th June through swiggy at 10:00pm. The restaurant denied the rider with order even when u had paid for it and made the swiggy rider wait for 1 hour and told him to cancel the order later,This was done by the Mcdonalds manager and staff. Me and family went hungry that night. One 9f the worst service outlets of Mcdonalds. The staff should be fired from this outlet and new trained staff should be brought in. Worst experience by Mcdonald. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I loved this place before but recently the service has downgraded so bad I can't believe it, the employees here are rude and the service is slow I think they should open another McDonald's in gwalior as thiso one gets too crowded Food: 3 Atmosphere: 1
