It is multi storey yes, but there's no seating or even standing arrangement at the ground floor, hence leaving only one floor for actual dine-in orders. Cleanliness is well maintained and an ample number of kiosks are installed for self ordering, which is good to avoid queues. Seating is congested though at the top and couples are seen openly making out. While we don't have a problem with it, families might object. Something for the staff to monitor maybe. Food was served quite late, for a fastfood joint, almost 30 minutes. Extremely Disappointed - Found an Ant in My Drink I ordered a McAloo Tikki meal today (May 3rd, around 5:24 PM) at the McDonald's outlet in Delhi Janakpuri, and to my shock, I found an ant inside the paper straw of my Coke Zero. This is absolutely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene and food safety at this outlet. I’ve attached a photo clearly showing the ant stuck to the straw. For a global food chain like McDonald's, this kind of negligence is extremely disappointing and unsafe for consumers. I hope the management takes this matter seriously and ensures such incidents are not repeated. Kindly look into your quality control and hygiene standards. I would also appreciate a formal response or follow-up on this issue.
