I am writing to express my extreme discomfort regarding the service I received during a busy period at this location. While I understand that stores get crowded during "rush hours," the way the floor manager, Arun, handled the seating was completely unprofessional. The Issue:. While I was already seated and eating with my partner, Arun approached us and forcefully requested—bordering on demanding—that we sit with another group of strangers to make room.
