I had a terrible experience last night at this outlet. Despite no queue, I was left standing for over 15 minutes just to place an order. The staff were not only inattentive but also extremely rude ,not just to me, but to other customers as well, which I observed while waiting. When I finally got my food, the burger and fries were cold and tasted stale. It felt like customer service and food quality were the last priorities here. To the owner or management, Please take a serious look into what’s going on at this branch. The staff clearly lack basic training, professionalism, and courtesy. Better hiring and proper supervision are urgently needed if you care about your customers and brand reputation. This experience ruined my evening and honestly, I’m still upset thinking about it the next morning. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
