I recently placed a delivery order from McDonald’s, and unfortunately, the entire experience was a complete disappointment. The burger meal arrived completely soggy, the burger bun was soaked and falling apart, the fries were cold and chewy, and the McPuff was a mess. To make things worse, the cold drink had spilled all over the packaging, making everything wet and even more unappetizing. The entire meal felt stale and poorly handled. What made it even more frustrating was that I tried to contact the restaurant to complain and request a resolution, but received no response at all. No apology, no assistance, not even an acknowledgment of the complaint. For a ₹800 order, this is completely unacceptable.McDonald’s is known for its quality, but this experience was far from it. If this is how delivery orders are treated, I don’t see myself ordering again. Please work on your packaging, handling, and most importantly — your customer service.
