Ordered two happy meals for takeaway. Found out they forgot to put fries for both the orders. Pathetic Mc Donald's service ever seen. Everyone seen waiting for their orders. No coordination zero management. Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

My child was in the middle of eating their meal, with a burger still in hand, when a waiter abruptly removed our tray without any prior communication or asking if we were finished. This was incredibly disruptive and frustrating. When we questioned why he had taken the tray, his response was completely unacceptable. He offered us a used tray from another customer, showing a complete disregard for hygiene and customer satisfaction. What was more appalling was his attitude: he was unapologetic and dismissively told us to "go tell my name, I don't care." We immediately brought this behavior to the attention of the staff. While we received a verbal "sorry," the waiter in question was visibly smiling, indicating a complete lack of remorse or understanding of the seriousness of his actions. This entire interaction left us feeling disrespected, unheard, and thoroughly disgusted. This level of unprofessionalism and disrespect, particularly towards a child, is simply unacceptable for any establishment, let alone a well-known brand like McDonald's. It completely ruined our family meal and has left a very negative impression. I hope McDonald's takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issues with staff training and accountability. We expect a much higher standard of service and respect from your employees.
