Mcdonalds shalimar bagh might just be the worst mcdonalds outlet in INDIA.Seriously.i often order mcdonalds but this particular outlet is seriously a headache.the delivery is very very very slow.No customer service,Food always tastes like there is something wrong with the ingredients.I genuinely love mcdonalds but this outlet is just not it.Everytime i order from here my food is always delayed by atleast 15-20 mins. Food is decent as per other mcdonalds standards. But service could be improved a lot, they took more than 20 minutes to deliver a simple burger meal after saying it numerous times to the manager and other employees. They hardly cared to listen, similar issue was faced by other customers at the place. Located in a ghost mall definitely not a good mcdonalds but if you live or work near this area you don’t have other options.
