Repeated issue of not sending ketchup and on bringing the matter to the store manager knowledge, a delivery boy named Kamlesh was sent to deliver the 10 ketchups, which he deliberately delayed until late and did not pick our calls. Later when he reached and when asked for his delay he used extremely abusive language to my 75 year old mother, 85 year old father and 28 year old daughter. Upon calling the store and mentioning the matter to the store manager, he refused any such behaviour of the delivery man and later the delivery boy Kamlesh called and said, he is not bothered of any consequences and therefore he is okay if a FIR or court case is filed against him and the store. I am now filing a consumer forum case against the franchise store, the company, the store manager and the delivery boy unfair trade practices and further upon pointing it out, misbehaving with customers and threatening old people of dire consequences.

Ordered 5pc mcspicy fried chicken, totally disappointed with the food quality since they have used frozen meat it seems chicken is not fresh started becoming rotten so unable to eat the food and there is no proper response from McDonald's store side waste of money, don't provide rotten chicken please maintain food quality
