I visited this McDonald’s location on January 22, 2026, around 6:30 PM, and had a very disappointing dine-in experience. Unfortunately, the staff at the POS counter appeared poorly trained and inexperienced. The overall hospitality was extremely poor and unwelcoming. Key issues I faced: • Food quality was not up to McDonald’s standards considering the price charged. • All customers were forced to use self-service kiosks, even when many clearly did not know how to operate them. • The self-service machines do not accept payment, forcing customers to go back to the counter anyway – which defeats the entire purpose. • Even though “table service” is advertised, customers are expected to track their order themselves and collect it. • No receipt is printed. The order number appears only briefly on the screen, and customers are expected to memorize it. Overall, the experience felt extremely disorganized and poorly managed. Frankly, it resembled a low-quality roadside eatery rather than an international brand like McDonald’s — and that is unacceptable for the price being charged. This experience was disappointing enough that I do not plan to visit this location again. As a side note: the fried chicken at the KFC downstairs is significantly better. McDonald’s fried chicken here was particularly poor. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves staff training, service flow, and customer experience. Today We ate here. Both the burgers we ordered were served cold, and the order took far longer than it should have. The staff was also apathetic to our concerns. On top of that, Cold burgers, slow service, indifferent staffs, Foods Not worth, Waste Of Money ....,. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹800–1,000

I ordered an Oreo Sundae at McDonald's, but the experience was disappointing. Instead of the usual chocolate flavor, the cream had a strong coffee taste, which I wasn’t expecting or wanting. The Oreo topping was fine, but the flavor mismatch ruined the dessert for me. I hope they check their flavor mix and maintain consistency in the future. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
