Poor experience at this outlet. Entry: made the order at the self-service machine, but it was not accepting card payments. I chose the “pay at counter” option. The token number flashed on the screen, but no printout came out even though the machine said it was printed. At the counter, the cashier asked to assign a new token number even though we had already received one. Not sure why there was a mismatch. The order was wrong. We started eating the burger and realised only after a bite or two. The staff accepted the mistake (which is fair) but offered an ice cream or something else instead of escalating it and processing a refund, which we had agreed to. Even the beverages and ice cream took a long time to arrive. The store was not crowded, plenty of empty tables, yet the service was poor. Hope it improves over time. Overall, not a pleasant experience. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹200–400 Recommended dishes: Veg Burger

The food at McDonald's is always amazing, but what truly made my experience at the Phoenix Mall outlet special was the exceptional service. The staff here are incredibly friendly and warm especially the akka and anna working there. Their welcoming attitude and genuine smiles made me feel right at home. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back again and again, not just for the food, but for the wonderful people too. Highly recommend visiting this outlet if you're around!
