Visited for dine in. Mostly crowded on weekends and public holidays. Only two counters available for orders. Takes time for ordering. Food was served at the earliest. Will rate overall 3.5/5. Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Recently visited this mc icecream shop in forum mall . Customers are waiting too long time . Only one billing counter. Staffs also very lazy and slow. Service: 1

I recently visited forum mall McDonald's and had a good experience overall. I ordered French fries, but the first batch was too dry. When I mentioned this to the staff, they promptly replaced them without any hesitation. The second batch was fresh, crispy, and perfectly seasoned.
