In person I have ordered two chicken burger and Eight pieces wings yesterday for take home and two French fries for dining in there, with confidence I brought home and open the parcel with a shock we found two Burgers and two French fries instead 8 chicken wings , This is purely not accepted of the Negligence of the person’s working there. Hope the management will look into this and avoid these sort of mistakes I future to all customers, Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Worst food. Half cooked chicken. Hard coating of chicken. It's so hard. One cannot eat it. My son puked the whole thing. Never expected such cheap quality. Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I recently visited forum mall McDonald's and had a good experience overall. I ordered French fries, but the first batch was too dry. When I mentioned this to the staff, they promptly replaced them without any hesitation. The second batch was fresh, crispy, and perfectly seasoned.
