Today, I visited the McDonald's branch in Palavakam, Tamil Nadu, Chennai, and had a disappointing experience with their fried chicken. Unfortunately, the meat had an excessive amount of flour, which affected the overall taste and quality. MY kids had to push away the fried chicken Adding photos When I brought this to the attention of the branch manager, I was shocked to hear that this is the standard preparation method, as suggested by the head office. I find it concerning that such a prominent brand would compromise on quality and customer satisfaction. I hope the management takes the necessary steps to improve their food quality and consistency."
