I hope this is taken seriously and action is taken upon I clearly ordered chipotle sauce for mcspicy chicken and 2 crispy chicken We got burger with mayonnaise and crispy chicken cold We asked them to correct and send They gave burger without mayo now. And chicken hot but taste was completely off Meanwhile we wait in hot humid place without proper sitting arrangement Please close this place down if you cannot handle the crowd and basic requirement. I think stepping out in Chennai with this kind of customer service is pathetic and food inspection should be done thoroughly by authorities to shut this place Totally disappointed. And how can I forget coke which was without frizz. Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600

We visited a McDonald's in Velachery and received our order within minutes, which was surprisingly fast. However, when we checked the fries, they were soggy and not hot at all. The burger was also not properly cooked, and it felt like they were trying to serve old food. We asked for a replacement, but they simply reheated the same food and served it again, which was not acceptable. It was a waste of time, and the staff were not responding properly.
