Their rest rooms don't have a proper water supply, despite raising this with their team, during our entire time spent there (almost 25+ mins) they couldn't manage supply. For handwash people had to use paper glass with drinking water supply and that too went out of stock and didn't replenish later. Food was really mediocre, we ordered nuggets, half of it felt really stale. Had to request them to change it. Fries was also so tasteless and soggy. It feels really horrible to spend ₹700 for food and get such bad food. McD is just going to remain a childhood nostalgia which served good food in decent price, now prices have skyrocketed and quality has degraded. Also the air conditioning was also not upto the mark, we were literally sweating in there. I mean atleast that is one place they could have compensated for the bad food. My preference is always a McD over any other similar restaurants, mainly because of good food and fast service. This restaurant is on the service road, and one has to pay for parking, as it's within a shopping complex type of an area. The restaurant is clean, well maintained and offers a lot of seating. The staff interact well and offer quick service. The self order kiosks are helpful and the payment is swift. The new Korean burgers are very good, it's a must try.
