Worst McDonald’s ever!!! Nothing works here.. Not the self order machine nor the kiosk.. Had to pay cash to get my order and had to wait a long time before i got it.. Card machine not working and UPI not working either.. Very Bad experience.. Told them have a movie to catch and still no urgency was shown

This is to share my feedback that your department manager, lakshmi, and other staff is rude and not inclined to even share a cup of water. When asked, they replied that the water is bad. If that’s the case, I would also like to inform that I have updated the food and safety department regarding using unhealthy water at your store. Store address is Nexus Whitefield mall, Whitefield, Bengaluru. Everyday it feels like mcdonalds is inhumane and shouldn’t be considered a primary spot. Service: 1
