It’s a good outlet with kiosks readily available. You can directly order on the kiosk without spending time on following up with the attendant on the counter. However, Incase the counter is not accepting the UPI or is out of service then it becomes hectic to deal with the staff. Apparently for the human counters, the payment gateway is not very well setup and it takes a considerable amount of time to generate QR code. Also in case you are planning to dine-in, it’s always recommended to fetch the item from the counter yourself, otherwise they rarely deliver the item to the table. Have been there multiple times and only got the item on the table once ever. McDonald's is a fairly celebrated fast food center and the food here is good as the same. But in some ways the customer service has been lagging. Especially since I had a terrible cough accidentally and went to the counter to ask for water, they sent me elsewhere in the place to the water tap without knowing if it was working and when I returned, still coughing they asked me if I was sure that it wasn't working before they gave me a tiny glass. Instead of just spending all that time, shouldn't they give someone coughing for long a glass of water since I asked someone who was available and check if that water cooler, especially after multiple customers were taking water from the counter itself, is working or not? Please be kind also since y'all were so careful with having like 2 people around when it comes to money and making sure we paid.
