Terrible Service – Highly Disappointed I never thought I’d be the person to leave a negative review, but this experience truly left me disappointed. This incident occurred on Sunday, February 2nd, 2025, between 12:50 and 1:00 PM. The server handling our order was M. Roja. We placed a takeaway order via the self-billing machine. However, when our food arrived, it was packed for dine-in. I politely pointed out that our bill clearly mentioned "takeaway." The server then grabbed a larger bag, placed the burgers inside, and—shockingly—began sprinkling the fries on top of them, instead of placing them in a proper closed packet. Thankfullyi noticed before she started and stoped her. When I asked if the fries should be packed separately to prevent them from becoming soggy and falling out, she responded with visible attitude before eventually shifting them into a shake bag instead. Additionally, we had requested a drink change to Sprite half an hour prior, yet they failed to make the switch and then made a fuss when we asked again. The manager seemed completely ineffective—there was no rush, very few customers, yet the service was still this bad. I completely understand that working in customer service is challenging, but as paying customers, all we expect is a meal that's packaged properly and handled with basic hygiene and care. Is that too much to ask? I can’t believe they genuinely thought it was acceptable to serve us mushy, ruined fries like that. This isn't just a one-time issue—this kind of service has been happening for a while. If you're looking for a decent meal, I’d strongly recommend visiting the KFC or Burger King across the food court instead Thank you Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Service: 1
