This restaurant and Ambika Devi Mandir can be both really attractive for tourists. Don't forget to try nicely cooked French burgers, cheese quesadillas and spicy french fries at McDonald's. In accordance with the reviewers' opinions, ice cream is good. The whole impression won't be complete without cold coffee that is delicious here.

Visited McDonald's in Ambala for a quick bite, and it was an okay experience overall. The service was decent—nothing exceptional, but the staff got the orders right without much delay. Crowd levels were surprisingly low, even during peak hours, which made for a relaxed visit. The employees were polite enough, though they didn't come across as particularly professional or polished, unlike what I've seen in bigger metro cities. One major downside: there's no hand wash facility or proper restroom available, which feels like a basic necessity in today's times and should really be mandatory for any outlet. Food quality lived up to the usual McDonald's standards—crispy fries, juicy burgers, nothing more or less than what you'd expect.
