We came to McD mainly for ac to peacefully have lunch with our baby but ac was not working. The sales girl was kind enough to let us sit in party room and turned on ac but probably their manager changed temp to 28 and it felt really suffocating. Then he changed to 24 degree. And it felt good but the food was not great. Burgers felt crumbly and taste was not at all good. Meal type: Lunch Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

We are regular customers of Mac d but nowadays a service is getting poor day by day we have waiting from 40 min and our order is not ready yet and our besides there has an family thay also waiting for 1.30 hours this is not satisfied service we don't like this really . And we did call to their nos like so much calls but they can't pick and the status of our order is in kitchen since 1 hour wow wonderfull so why they are not serving as very poor service literally and they have not an option for cancell order this is too much .

India's Wrostest McDonald's Staff. I visited almost most McDonald in India. But never expected such un Hygine ness... Rude behivaour or even lake of customer support. Un Hygine Floor With Full Of water When ask for complaint book. Refused and forced to vacant. Order from Kiosk After ordering Told us that most item was not available and do what ever you want to do. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
