Terrible experience at this McDonald’s. The place was extremely busy, but clearly understaffed. The few employees on duty were overwhelmed and struggling to keep up. I ended up waiting over 45 minutes for a basic meal, which defeats the whole point of fast food. There was no system in place to manage the crowd, and no communication from the staff. Orders were delayed, wrong, or handed out in random order. Several frustrated customers were complaining. I understand busy times happen, but there’s no excuse for such poor planning and lack of support for the staff. It was chaotic, disorganized, and disappointing. McDonald’s needs to do better. Disappointing Experience at McDonald's Staff in this place I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald's. Despite placing our order through self-service, the staff was uncooperative and unhelpful. Instead of assisting, they seemed to judge our order, especially when we chose a Happy Meal. Their attitude was dismissive, and no one took responsibility for their behavior. Customer service should be about respect and professionalism, but unfortunately, that was lacking here.
