I recently visited McDonald's iris broadways and ordered three burgers – Aloo Tikki, McVeggie, and McEgg. Unfortunately, the experience with the food was quite disappointing. The burger buns were dry and cold, which significantly affected the taste and overall quality of the burgers. The McPuff, which is usually a favorite, was also served cold, making it less enjoyable than expected. While the food did not meet expectations, I must mention that the atmosphere at the restaurant was pleasant. The seating capacity is good, offering ample space to sit comfortably without feeling crowded. The air conditioning was working well, maintaining a cool and comfortable environment, which made the dining experience pleasant despite the food issues. The service was commendable, as the staff was courteous and efficient, attending to orders promptly. Overall, while the ambiance and service were satisfactory, the quality of food needs improvement, especially in terms of freshness and temperature. Attention to these details would greatly enhance the customer experience, ensuring that both the atmosphere and the food are equally enjoyable for everyone.
