Ordered 2 cold ice coffee and received chocolate milkshake, explained about taste and wrong order still staff said it's a packet one and this is how cold ice coffee comes. I am 26yrs old and i know how ice cold coffee tastes like, if u find it hard to find a good recepie feel free to ask me, I can help you. Horrible service and waste of money. I had an incredibly frustrating experience with McDonald's service recently, specifically regarding the timing of my food. Despite it being a relatively quiet time of day, I ended up waiting over 50 minutes for my order. There was no explanation for the delay, and I didn’t see any urgency from the staff to get orders out in a timely manner. When my food finally arrived, it was lukewarm at best, which only added to my frustration. It's disappointing when a fast-food chain like McDonald's can't provide the quick service that they’re known for. This experience really makes me reconsider visiting again during peak or even off-peak times. Hopefully, they can improve their speed and communication moving forward.
