I’m really disappointed with the service at this McDonald’s. They take a very long time to prepare orders, and no one seems to listen when you try to talk to the staff. There’s no sense of urgency, and the customer experience is very poor. This needs serious improvement. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I wish I could give negative stars. For them customers are nothing. I stood there at their counter for 40 mins. There is no one to listen to you at the counter. A large number of people stood there waiting for their orders. I can see that a lot of burgers are continuously being made and kept, why? Because no one was there to combine and call to serve orders. I gave the order at 1:22 pm, ordered it through the dinein feature in the mobile application which they promote on the serving trays. Went on the counter to confirm and a woman came and said, we don't accept orders from the app and saw my order details and went somewhere and never returned. After waiting for about 20 mins, I again asked another person by calling them from inside the kitchen (as no one was there at the counter). She said sir we will prepare your order now and gave me my order at 2:10. I can't believe McDonald's at the centre of the city is doing such pathetic service. Totally disappointed. Don't visit this. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
