staf respones is not good, Excessive bad staff,ac very violent,service the ac & infrastructure,less cheese in cheesy fries, not given tissue paper at all,extremely weird experience happen, It was 9 o'clock, when I was ordering, there was no one to take orders, everyone was busy with their own work, ⸻ When my phone didn’t have enough charge, I politely told them that I needed to charge it as I had to travel further. But at that time, they refused my request. Then I politely asked another staff member, saying that there is a red charger with a Type-C cable in your cabin — please let me charge my phone using that. But he gave a very weird response, saying “No one here is responsible if your phone gets lost.” I am humbly requesting you to take action on this. Because of such workers, questions arise about the reputation of McDonald’s. It affects the company’s image and can impact sales too. And what about my money that got wasted there? I had come with my sister — she and I both were emotionally disturbed because of the environment created there. Even the cleanliness of the trash bins was not up to the mark. The hand-washing area was very dirty — I can provide proof of that too. Also, since the vegetarian screen was off, I faced trouble placing my order. There was water in the hand wash , which made my hands very dirty. Even the water from the bathroom taps there was not enough. You can check all this in the camera recordings from that time and take strict action. It's such terrible place I asked twice for water they told me yess we gave you and then none of them give us water even infront of us two of them drink water and walked away it's such a bad manner if u don't want to give water then simply say no but it's terrible when someone asked for water and u say them to wait behave like this
