Disappointed with the Poor Customer Service at McDonald's Kankaria I had a very disappointing experience at the McDonald’s outlet near Kankaria, and I feel it’s important to share this so that both management and customers are aware of the issues. 1. Unresponsive and Rude Staff The moment I entered, there was no greeting, no acknowledgment — just indifferent staff who seemed too busy chatting among themselves to care about customers. I stood at the counter for several minutes before anyone bothered to take my order. When I asked questions about the menu, the staff responded rudely and impatiently, as if I was wasting their time. Basic manners like “please” and “thank you” were completely missing. Fast food doesn’t mean fast attitud. McDonald’s is known worldwide for consistency and quick service, but the Kankaria outlet is seriously damaging that reputation. The staff clearly lack training in basic customer handling and hospitality. I strongly urge the management to address these issues, train their team properly, and ensure customers are treated with respect. Until then, I would not recommend visiting this outlet, especially if you value good service. Food: 1 Service: 1

It's such terrible place I asked twice for water they told me yess we gave you and then none of them give us water even infront of us two of them drink water and walked away it's such a bad manner if u don't want to give water then simply say no but it's terrible when someone asked for water and u say them to wait behave like this
